What we need

Loud Voices Ltd will be what’s known as the ‘Controller’ of the personal data you provide to us. We only collect basic personal data about you which does not include any special types of information or location based information. This does however include name, address, email and telephone number etc depending on the service required.

Why we need it

We need to know your basic personal data in order to provide you with our services, including the forum and other services such as employment support. We will not collect any personal data from you we do not need, in order to provide this service to you.

What we do with it

The personal data we hold for you is used to get in touch with you to provide or recommend services and Loud Voices Ltd updates. Customers can opt out by emailing All data is held on password protected computers and is not shared with any other organisations unless legally obliged to do so, HMRC for example. When using the forum, customers have the option to use an alias as opposed to a real name, in order to post their story. All comments will be moderated by Loud Voices Ltd before post. Posts and first names will be public, but email addresses will never be shared online.

How long we keep it

If you have bought services from us we are required under UK tax law to keep your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) for a minimum of 6 years after which time it will be destroyed.

What are your rights?

If at any point you believe the information we process on you is incorrect you may request to see this information and have it corrected or deleted. The forum posts will be archived and may be used for research purposes, i.e. to compare trends. You can request for your post to be removed by emailing If you are purchasing other services from Loud Voices Ltd you can also request for your basic personal information to be removed using the same method.
